E.J Williams is a geologist and currently the Managing Director and CEO of Jonestech International. His company secured a Marginal Field from Shell with a capacity for 10,000 barrels/day production under a Joint Venture contract arrangement with the State of Bayelsa, as Bayelsa Oil Company.

E.J Williams has been CEO of many indigenous oil companies in Nigeria with 30+ years of industry experience. He is the Chairman of Target Insurance Brokers and member, SNMGS, AEGP, SPE, IoD, ISAN.

As Managing Director of Syntechsys International, he is the Chief Company Officer and in charge as the Country Director of the Syntechsys Strategic Unit. He takes responsibility at a regional level to manage and simulate the development of in-country business and technical capacity including new country entrants, in response to the ramp-up of Syntechsys in country growth programme of the SBU.
